About the Company
Agentplus Thailand Co., Ltd. is a full-service real estate consulting and sales management company. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we are committed to building a network of real estate agents nationwide, developing a membership system and franchises for stable growth with a professional team and modern marketing tools.

Job Responsibilities:
• Sell Agentplus franchises to those interested in opening branches in various areas.
• Present and close sales of membership packages to independent agents / real estate companies.
• Recruit and onboard new members into the system.
• Coordinate after-sales services such as training systems, investment systems, support services, etc.
• Take care of existing customers, stimulate renewal and maintain relationships.
• Participate in planning and organizing marketing activities such as events, roadshows, online campaigns.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Report performance to the team leader and attend planning meetings regularly.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team and marketing department.

Applicant Qualifications (Qualifications):
• Male/Female, 25-40 years old
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience (if you have worked in a franchise or real estate, it will be given special consideration)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Highly responsible, have clear goals and are proactive
• Have a personal car and can travel to meet customers in other provinces
• Able to use Microsoft Office, Line OA, and online communication tools
• Good personality, love service work and can follow up and take care of customers in the long term

Benefits:
• Monthly salary 20,000 - 25,000 baht (depending on experience)
