We are committed to providing professional services with international standards and a team of experts in all aspects of the real estate business, including sales, marketing and project management.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Manage the overall company in terms of sales, marketing and personnel.
• Set the organization's growth strategy and manage the team to achieve goals.
• Control and monitor the performance of each department.
• Manage the sales team to be efficient and drive project sales.
• Coordinate with project managers, property owners and business partners.
• Analyze market trends and propose project development guidelines.
• Plan marketing plans with the Creative and Digital teams.
• Report performance results to senior executives.

Qualifications:
• Male / female, aged 35 - 50 years.
• Have 5 years or more experience in managing a real estate company or managing a sales department.
• Have excellent leadership, decision-making and team management skills.
• Understand the real estate market mechanism at both the project and investment opportunities level.
• Have good interpersonal skills. Able to negotiate and influence teams and clients
• Able to travel to manage different areas
• Experience working with real estate development companies, sales agents, or agencies will be given special consideration
